Oracle Configuration Manager Connection Page

If you are using a proxy server to connect to the Internet, you need to specify the proxy server settings on this page.

Field

Description

Enable HTTPS Proxy Check this checkbox to enable Oracle Configuration Manager to use the proxy server.

Server Name and Port

Enter the name and port number of the proxy server.

Authentication

Check this checkbox if the proxy server requires authentication. If this checkbox is enabled, you must specify the user credentials in the User Name and Password fields.

Note: In this release of Oracle Configuration Manager, Basic and Digest authentication are supported.

Test Connection

Click on this button to test the connection between your local host and Oracle. When you click on this button, a log of the connection details is displayed. The proxy server settings are verified and if it is able to successfully establish a connection to the server, a 'success' message is displayed.
