Support Identifier (CSI) |
Enter your CSI (Support Identifier) code that uniquely identifies your organization. |

| MetaLink User Name | Enter your MetaLink User Name. This is used to associate the data being uploaded with your Oracle MetaLink account. |
Frequency

Specify the frequency at which the configuration data is to be uploaded. This can be:

If you check the Enable Automatic Upload checkbox, the configuration data will be automatically uploaded to the repository using the intervals that you have specified. The Frequency and When fields are available only if Enable Automatic Upload is checked.
If you check the Enable Automatic Oracle Configuration Manager Updates checkbox, any new updates of the Oracle Configuration Manager software will be automatically downloaded and applied. If automatic updates are not enabled, configuration data will be collected and uploaded until a mandatory update is available. Configuration Data will not collected until the mandatory update is applied. You can apply the mandatory updates either manually by using the emCCR getupdates command or by enabling the automatic update feature.
