If you specify a numerical attribute for an Axis or Group By, click Settings to display the Axis Treatment Settings dialog.
The possibilities are
Raw Vales (as is)
Binned automatically: Use Equal width binning for the axis values. The default number of bins is 10; you can change this value. The default is to not show nulls; to show nulls, click the check box.
When you are done, click OK to return to the definition of the graph.
